We need to figure out if the issue is with the computer, the connection to the printer, or the printer itself.
It sounds very basic; however, many printer issues are resolved by this method. Power cycle your printer (if it is the one in your classroom/office/library) and restart your PC and attempt to Print again.
If you are connected via a USB cable, make sure it is plugged in. You can even try unplugging the USB cable and then plugging it back in to your computer.
If you are wireless connected then make sure your wifi is connected. Go to the lower right of the screen and in your task bar there is a "Wifi" icon. Right click on it and make sure you are connected to the appropriate network. On school sites it should be "PUSD Staff." If it is not on that network, then find it and click on it and click connect. If you are at home, then make sure you are connected to the same wifi network that your printer is also attached to. You may need to check your printer's display panel to see what network it is connected to.
